Foreclosures Drop in November; New Activity on the Horizon

The number of foreclosure filings fell to 224,394 in
November, down 3 percent from the previous month and 14 percent
from the same period a year ago, RealtyTrac reported Dec. 14.
However, the data firm warned that a new wave of foreclosures may
hit in early 2012.
